Jenni was formally a Senior Structural Engineer for Arup and Buro Happold, two of the world’s leading multi-disciplinary practices. She has over 25 years experience of working in the UK and USA. She trained at the Universities of Leeds and Penn State. During her career she has worked on buildings of international renown, such as: The Welsh National Opera; JFK Airport, New York; The Olympic Speed Skating Rink, Salt Lake City; The Louvre Museum, Abu Dhabi; and St George's Concert Hall, Bristol.
She has comprehensive experience in structural analysis, design, appraisals, co-ordination and management of a wide variety of projects. These include offices, warehouses, airports, sports and leisure facilities, retail developments, residential schemes, conversions, educational and public buildings

David was formerly a main board director of Building Design Partnership the largest Architects and Interdisciplinary practice in the UK. Over his career he has designed many award winning, healthcare buildings of international importance such as Bristol Royal Hospital for Children and Nottingham Breast institute. He has designed and lead teams on major PFI projects including The Great Western Hospital Swindon and Queen Alexandra Hospital Portsmouth.
He has spoken at healthcare conferences, has been consulted by government and previously sat on the NHS Design Review Panel.
He has wide experience in residential, commercial, civic and industrial buildings.
